Explore. Engage. Inspire.
As I have begun to write my memoir, I’ve been meeting myself anew on the page. I’ve come to see that this second act is guided by these three principles.

Explore gives me permission to follow a nonlinear path; one led by curiosity and courage. It is about understanding who I am in the context of my experiences, identities, values, and skills, while also imagining who I still want to become and the legacy I hope to leave behind. Rather than rushing toward definition, I am allowing space for reflection, learning, and recalibration.
Engage reflects my desire to remain actively immersed in the world. This includes grappling with evolving ideas of success, examining how artificial intelligence will reshape education and work, and integrating my lived experiences across the United States and India. It also means being intentional about how I show up for the people and communities in my life, through conversation, collaboration, mentorship, and service.
Inspire speaks most directly to purpose. I believe deeply in the human potential of youth, and ultimately I hope my body of work encourages young people and those at any stage seeking to live more fully; to trust their capacity for growth and reinvention. If I can help others see possibilities where they once felt constrained, that will feel like a meaningful impact.
